Hello everybody,

My name is Vencer. I have studied Yoshinkan Aikido for nearly 3 years in the Philippines (of course that was more then 10 years ago) and I have been a lurker here for a while now. I will eventually get around to formally introducing myself in the introduction forum.

I was just wondering if anybody here is from the DFW area and was interested in starting some sort of Yoshinkan study group. If you are, please drop me a line

Hello John,

Have you tried to contact Mick Chambers from the Buyokan dojo? He had setup a dojo in Irving, TX. Not sure if the school is still in operation however. Mick's e-mail is info @ justaikido.com.

Good luck

Hi Steven,

This school will actually be under Chambers Sensei School in Canada. We are trying to restart the dojo.

So if you were a former student please get in touch with Chambers Sensei.

PS as a side note thank you for your defense of Black Panther Yoshinkai Aikido. You have a friend in Dallas.

If interested in learning Yoshinkan Aikido in the DFW area please get in touch with me. I am negotiating with 2 rec centers for space and need to prove that we will not be poaching students from the other martial arts classes held there.
