I am Mike Ghekiere. I started Aikido back in 1991, studying under Matsuoka Sensei in Los Angeles (most recently at Doshinokai Dojo -- www.doshinokai.com).

I just returned to Aikido after about 6 years away. My mind remembers, but my body doesn't... Frustrating, but it's getting better quickly!
