Thought you might enjoy a new tutorial for armlocks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5I6SNtejqe4) I put together. This is part of my upcoming blue belt curriculum DVD.
Blue belt is the first adult belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so it's important that the basics students learn are crisp, clean, and devoid of power. Just like Aikido!
