Hello everybody,
I have started practicing Aikido 9 months ago. I am a 39th years old woman, mother of 2 kids and I hope that when I will be 69 I will still looking forward to enter the tatami as now. I also hope that my kids will practice Aikido as soon as possible in the future. Aikido makes my life better………

Take your practise one year after the other, and before you know it you will have those 30 years behind your belt.
