I have "Aikido - Its Heart and Appearance" by Morihiro Saito Sensei for sale. Soft back, printed 1991 (third edition) by Minato Research and Publishing Co. Ltd. Book has some external wear, notably along the spine, but is in very good overall condition. Text covers basic training methods and movements, the 7 ken suburi (including the matching exercises), kokyuho, basic aikido techniques (open handed and some with weapons) and happo giri.
This book is extremely difficult to get hold of in any edition, and I haven't been able to find it for less than $90 online. I am selling my copy for $60 (or best offer) as I am no longer able to train.
