I don't discriminate any of these schools, to me there is no difference, Aikido is Aikido to me.
It's just maybe the different styles of teaching Aikido in these schools.
And to tell you the truth, I can't give you a good explanation either.
Kjartan's AikidoFAQ site (http://www.aikidofaq.com) is generally a good source of for answers to "frequently asked questions" about aikido.

There are different organizations, competition and no competition, different approaches to learning the art, slightly different syllabus of techniques, different naming schemes for the techniques, etc.
There are some dojo and organizations that practice "aikido" that don't have any lineage back to Morihei Ueshiba O-Sensei.
Even at the Aikikai Hombu dojo, different teachers have distinctly different approaches to aikido and how to teach it.
If I had a specific question, I could probably answer it but it'd take forever to answer your question as stated.
Are you considering taking up aikido and have more than one dojo available to you?
