a greeting from holland.
I have been doing Aikido since 7 years. The first 4 years ki-aikido, this has helped me overcome the most problems due to an accident.
Since 3 years I changed dojo, and found a real good Sensei, Aikikai style.
I need a lot of extra hours training to keep up with the flow, but I train 2-4 times a week and really don't like it when work keeps me from going 4 times a week.
I give training communication/riding with horses, both for starters as for more experienced riders.
I have 7 horses, work july and august in France and have been riding in the pyrenees mountains the last 10 years with groups; added up for more then 2 years.
The last two years my live has changes drastically, I was abele (also supported by Sensei) to make Aikido a consistent thing in my live. This has helped me to keep/refind my balance.
I'll try to earn my third kyu in febuari; hoping that the shoulder problems I got from a to hard Nikyo last year, is not holding me back.
Next year I will attend the seminar in Japan, maybe seeing some of you there,
Welcome to AikiWeb and thank you for your introduction.
