greetings all i am anubhav saxena from india , i have been practicing Japanese martial art form of jukato and tao meditation for over a year i want to start learning akido as i like the philosophy behind this art. right now i am doing a project in mid desert in algeria i desire to make myself fit before i return back home so that i can learn akido.

I think Tao meditation and Aikido go together like peas and carrots. At least, it works for me.
