My name is Brent Turner. I have been reading these forums for a couple of weeks now. I thought I should register so as to be able to pipe in now and again. I am living in Santa Barbara, Ca. I recently started training in Aikido (about 2mos ago). It's something I have wanted to do since high school.
I studied Tae Kwon Doe and Hapkido (same class) for about 1yr and 3mos. I also had Tai chi on Sunday's for that same time period. Then I had some private lessons in my house for about 4mos. in a mixed martial art format, mostly karate based, though. So I am just beginning my journey. I hope to learn from you all. Maybe we will train together someday.
