Welcome to aikiweb. Easy on the text kabayan, just write normally as you would an email. Anyway, where in Albay are you training and what style/affiliation? I travel back home once in a while and in my most recent visit, I trained with Talag sensei in Metro Manila (SM Mega Mall).
