I'm looking for a lightweight (heavier than regular Karate gi) Judo or Aikido gi that is unbleached and has ties. Not looking to spend a huge amount of money though.
My old gi is just falling apart at this point.

I really like these companys. I will omit the ones that have lots of logo's or the words jiujitsu on their gi's.
http://www.howardliu.com/ - really nice quality and service\
http://www.gameness.net/ - the pearl gi should be ok for non-bjj training, their other gi's are covered in patches. The pearl gi is very light weight.
Vulcan makes some super light gi's, but they have patches on them. I have heard the patches are easy to remove however.
http://www.ouano.com/kimonos.php - Light weight, no patches or un-needed logos. Very nice quality.
I personally prefer atama, but they say jiujitsu on the shoulders.
Of course for people on a budget I usually recomend www.kwon.com They are super cheap gi's, they don't last very long ( a year or two), but they work.
Of course none of these are like your example picture, but I felt this might help other's looking for gi's.

HI there Mike
Say, I am actually going to ask you what you're asking for. The one on the picture you put on, where can I get that one?
Many thanks.

hahah. Sorry.
I'm looking for unbleached and 1/2 to 3/4 length sleeves. I know I can get the sleeves hemmed, but I'd rather not have to go through the trouble.
I know the gi is out there, I've seen them and I used to own one. I just don't have it anymore and I have no clue who made it.

I'm looking for a medium-light weight, unbleached top with himo and 3/4 length sleeves.
The picture I posted is from sakuramartialarts.com
If I could find one just like that, but white, I'd be happy.

I'll admit that it's a bit weird for a kendogi to have nearly full length sleeves.
Have you tried Tozando?
I found this when i was looking at ways to blow a couple of hundred quid

Kendo gi usually have 3/4 length, don't they? Or is it called 1/2 length. Either way, the length of a typical kendo gi is what I'm looking for.
The link you proided is similar to what I'm looking for actually. If I can't find one unbleached, I think I'll go with that.
It's only $60 USD. Seems reasonable to me.
Thanks.

Tozando, from what i've seen others use, are very good.
Yeah, kendogi have sleeves that come just past the elbow because you wear the wrist protectors (kote) which cover the forearm.
My aikidogi has sleeves of similar length too.. the delux model (no less for the aikidoka with all the gear and no idea) from ninecircles.
BTW ninecircles are the best internet company i have ever dealt with.
I hope you find what you have been looking for!
Peace and love and brushed cotton interiors for all!
