If you are familiar with Yoshinkan Aikido basic techniques, then do the first two like you would Katate, Hiji or Kata mochi. The footwork is all the same. The second two are not on the general syllabus. At least not by those names.

Hi Steven

Actualy this is only my 3rd week after switching from Aikikai and I love it its precise, direct and clear like 1 + 1 = 2

How many Kihon Dosa Renzoku repitions I need for these movements to become part of my system?

As Parker Shihan tells us, you need to practice the basic movements everyday. 1000 times on the left and 1000 times are the right 10-20 times a day. Get it?

:-)

As far as the techniques are concerned, I'm going to make the assumption that you are now practicing with a certified Yoshinkan Aikido instructor? If so, ask him/her about the techniques in question. You can also always buy the DVD's that contain all 150 plus some other goodies. Budovideos.com carried it at one time.

So thats 50 days for each side @ 20 repitions.

Appriciate your input. :)
