Hi, my name is Mike. I am 53 and I have started practising Aikido in Sussex England. I practised martial arts 20 years ago and have had some experience of aikido. Why did I give up ? Probabaly a lack of maturity and discipline. I have done 8 classes now and really enjoy practising. I am incredibly stiff and sore, it takes about 4 days for my muscles to recover but it is worth it !
This is a good website I have read some inspiring articles. It's nice to know that you are out there.
