Hallo every budy,
I am from italy and I would like to share my know about the "neribo" ...
Do not ask me about the name given by Tada sensei, I hope that any japanes guy can help us.
It is a stik almost hevy (4.5 - 5 cm diameter) and long about 51 cm ...
Tada sensei sayd that has to copy the user own arm length and wrist dimension.
It can be used as arm of an oponent in alone training, again Tada sensei sayd that to learn nikkio you need try it 10.000 times, and some times is not enough, neribo it is a good uke :D who do not lament  and you can try how many times you wont.
I also use it making all kihon technics, using neribo as the oponent arm, I understand better sankyo with this kind of traning.

Yes :D, but in my opinion to have 10.000 yonkyo you can try with 10.000 ken (better if is a hojo-ken) shomen from jodon kamae and 10.000 from hasso kamae ... :p
Ikkio is like a gaeshi uchi (with jo), to train nikkyo, sankyo and gokyo neribo is better. ;)
For kihon nage waza kotegaeshi, shonage, iriminage and kaitennage the ashi sabaki is more important then te sabaki ... then focus on tenkan and irimitenkan ...
... this is my opinion ...
