I have been fortunate in my life to have studied with several Masters. While none studied Aikido all had great respect for the new form and its founder Ueshiba. I am fortunate to have been on my spiritual journey when he was alive and present to his teachings. One of his teachings, "the moment you engage the struggle you have lost the conflict' was a great inspiration in my entire life.

Here is a recent impact I wanted to share. INSPIRE. To be in spirit with the harmony of the creation.
