Hi, Does anybody know how to make a hakama ?
I need a sort of manual with clear instructions on how to do it.
Anything in the web ?
Thanks

btw, the best koshita-stuffer is plumbers gasket: soft, cuttable, pliable vulcanized rubber

Hi Alexandre
My friend is making me the "round earth" hakama. She likes the pattern and would recommend it. Good work Janet!
I have a friend who is a cobbler and he made me a koshiita out of sole rubber. I think it'll work out really well.
good luck.

You might want to try making the hakama out of upholstry fabric if you want it virtually industructable. Mine still looks great after many ukemi.
