Dojo in Cardiff

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good dojo close to cardiff city centre, (or an easy bus ride away) as im here on business again and would like to be able to train this time

When im at home (North East England) i train in White Rose Aikido. Its Aiki-kai stylie and i would like something similar (i.e direct and physical, but still pretty :D )

If there are any sensei/sempai from such a dojo around please P.M me, im probably here for at least 2 more weeks.
