Just had another great training session at Aikido-Ai in Whittier, CA.

I drove by their storefront just in late January. My mother in law lives in Whittier and told me that they had a Aikido dojo there. :eek: I could not believe it. I drove by the storefront to check it out. It looked real small. There are a couple of places I want to check out when I visit California. This is one of them just because of convenience and I had heard good things. I had just had knee surgery and could have only watched (still nursing that knee). Alas I missed their practice and was not there long enough to try again.

You can't judge anything by its size, especially in Aikido. Whatever may be lacking in mat space is made up by expertise and hospitality.
