Go to Fran Turner Sensei (Godan) at Aikido Shyugo. Here is the website:

She's utterly wonderful. Warm, motherly and fun to work with. Her technique and instruction is superb. :)
Cheers!

A great dojo is Aikido Yoshinkai Canada at the corner of Yonge St and Gerrard. Head instructor is Kimeda Sensei, 8th dan yoshinkan. Classes are held 6 days a week. I am only slightly biased 'cause he is my dad.

I've visited both the following Aikikai dojo in T.O. (just be sure to contact them beforehand if you're visiting) and have found the experiences quite rewarding:
Toronto Aikikai
http://www.torontoaikikai.com
Taught by Bob Zimmerman Sensei, a large dojo (member and space-wise) that also practices in Iaido as well.
Aikido Tendokai
http://www.aikidotendokai.com
Taught by Yumi Nakamura Sensei, a smaller but very friendly and helpful group with a nice space in a community centre. Highly recommended!
I also had the JCCC (Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre) recommended to me but as I was only in town for a couple of days over the holidays, they were closed at the time, so I didn't get a chance to visit them. http://www.jccc.on.ca
If you're so inclined, I also believe I did a couple of past blog/journal entries regarding my brief time training in Toronto.
Hope this helps!

Hi Spike,
Ossu! I visited your daddy's dojo in Oct 2005, hoping to catch you there all sweaty and hard at work training in Aikido. Instead you were somewhere else doing something very un-thugish pursuit... taking a Master's course. So how are things going?
Anyway, your papa gave me a nice t-shirt. Many thanks to him.
Boon.

If you fancy a bit of cross-training, it just so happens that one of the best Systema instructors to be found anywhere is based in Toronto.
