well second lesson and I am hurting bad today!
I arrived there and met my friend also and we made our way up.
When we entered the dojo we got changed and noticed that the Wednesday class is far bigger than the Sunday class, but not to worry.
Then we noticed how many hakama's people where wearing and how man coloured belts people where wearing also, but also not to worry!
Class started with the junior instructor going through a warm-up that eve the Navy seals would be proud of,then off to turns faster than any person there could actually muster.
We then went on to techniques that neither beginner could do nor have chance to try to do as this was heavy training and you kind of had to know what you where doing also!
We then moved onto an entering teqnique that we all could do and have fun with,I even threw one of the seniors and got that look as if to say "Nice throw,do it again".
We then had two lines of people doing a teqnique on each other, which was good and also fun.
Then we did another entering teqnique but this time the junior instructor picked me and now the day after I hurt,I hurt bad and also had the A1 introductory into remembering how to fall!
