Well I was not in class on Saturday due to a family gathering in Germany which I had to attend yet was very strange as at around 11:30am or so my body went in to a adrenaline over drive due to my body thinking that it was class time,strange eh!
Well I was back to the Wednesday class which was only 5 people.I met Rene who is going away for 2 weeks due to work and woman things going on. The class was taken by Knuckles who lived up to his name yet again by having huge bleeding knuckles again this class.
We where asked what we would like to train as the tests are up and coming and bubbah said he would like to practice techniques from behind.
This was new and was very good and truly technical and this lesson I was only confused over one technique. we did reversals and at the end we had a mock testing which was quite fun and truly entertaining as I got a little revenge on Moustache guy. I made him fall hard and when he rolled i slapped his ass, he was not amused but Rene and i had a good old giggle about it.
Very good lesson and much was learned in this one.
