Well after a week off suffering from a severe cold and a throat infection I duly returned to what I can only describe as the best lesson I have had in a while!
I arrived before time so I could get changed and warm up a little, which is always nice I find.
This week it was the junior instructors turn to teach and also the week before the sensei from Japan had been over so they where all pepped up with new ideas.
We started with the usual warm ups and into the turning techniques.
But then the lesson changed and we did reversal techniques, amazing.
How when someone is doing Ikyo on you how to get out of it our change this into your technique.
How to get out of nikyo and make that your technique....
I had a blast! I smiled all lesson.
At the end he showed us how do do techniques on 2 people and all.
