In Training Tuesday 11/04/08 - My First Day Entry Tools Rate This Entry

Well I show up at the Dojo and put on my gi. After I got it on I went looking for one of the teachers to show me how to put the belt on. So after that She went over what i needed to know. Like bowing when you enter the room and then when you get on and off the mat.

Then the real fun started. So my teacher had my class streach out. There are a total of 3 students in my class. 2 gays and 1 gal. So we are going to be getting a lot of one on one teaching. Well after we streached out we did what I can not even spell it. But it was basic basic backward rolls and then some thing that delt with wrist holding and moving your parners center off balance.

Over all it was a great first class. I have another one 11/06/08 and looking forward to it. I can see how this can become addicting.
