I've been missing from the forum for a long while now, and that's been because of several knee and back complications I've been developing. I cut aikido out completely, cold turkey, because anything else hurt too much to live with.

Just thought I'd say bye, now that I'm able to come back here to face the music. Leaving abruptly just didn't sit right with me. It didn't seem fair - to just turn away from all the people, the marvelous relationships we've developed over time, without any explanation.

Train well, live well, and hopefully we'll meet again some day.

Thanks for saying goodbye...........All the best........Remember, the mat is always there, inside or outside, of the dojo, so perhaps you will not have completely quit aikido, after all......

Take care of yourself! I hope the complications mellow out for you! Hope to see you around here again down the line, but whatever the case, it was a pleasure to make your acquaintance!
