I was afraid this would happen, but between going to physical therapy three times a week for my shoulder, and the lousy weather we've been having, I haven't been able to train at all for the last three weeks. I may not be able to make it for another month or so. That's frustrating, to be sure.
The good news is that my shoulder is doing much better, so when I do go back, I won't hurt so dang much!
