Good Class, worked on a lot of stuff, Kate Dori Ikkyo, Kate Dori Kote Gaeshi, Morte Dori Kokyu Ho. The last one I worked on a lot, with Sensei, Don, Victor, and Bob. It was amazing the changes that I could feel between the start of class and the end of class.

Victor was practicing Reversals again, so I worked with him on Skee Kote Gaeshi. It seemed too easy for him to reverse it on me, so I asked what I could do to make it so that he could not do it. He gave me some input, I took a Big step backward, and worked on keeping his hand at my center, and bending my knees, WOW, there was that magic!!! Victor laughed I did it twice, then we started on something that I could not do again… :-)

We mopped the mat, this was the first time that I had ever been involved in that.

I really like the Friday classes.
