Inner Aikido. Worked on feeling our bodies and our energy as we did Aikido and moved on the mat. This was very different, the focus was on going slowely and feeling everything. It was in a lot of ways very revealing to me. There is a security in speed, you feel that your mistakes are less visible, and you are less susceptible, although neither is really true. The slow feeling of what my body felt was magnificent. I am still withdrawing into little flight responses every time that any one grabs me.
