Evening Basics Class
Worked more on the ideas of ikkyo cutting deep and making the hand change at the bottom effortlessly. It was good. I was the crash test dummy for kokyu dosa at the end of class.
Evening Second Class
Warmed up, worked a little with Tai No Henko, and then ran the video camera for Eisa's test. It was a good test, she has an excellent Irimi Nage! It went well, and I am sure that she passed, even though M was not feeling well and we had to leave before the end of the second class.
