Totally felt out of the groove tonight, missed a class last week because of my cyst acting up. Really wishing it would stop messing with my training. I started to get in the groove towards the end of class.
Set a new goal for myself too.
- Attempt to understand one part of movement every night, and attempt to feel each technique.
I figured if I could understand how one part of each technique works and feel it, I'll be able to understand it. Understanding is the first step to learning. I've come to love the Ki test and techniques. They are very relaxing, and more challenging than the techniques themselves. But that's just a personal opinion.
