I have gastric flu...no wonder my aikido seemed a bit off last night and why at work for the past few days concentrating just led to eyestrain...and why I just slept and slept over the weekend. Clearly my body knew what it had to do but I just kept going. Ah well, now I know what's wrong I'm just going to curl up and nurse myself back to health. Nothing like a good excuse to sleep!

ick! sounds horrible. Hope you're feeling better soon. I'm a great believer in the restorative powers of sleep.
