Just got back from training, back from having fun,
But you can only have fun when you train as one;
The power of one where there's no separation,
Oneness and completion, it's all one vibration.

There is no two, no me and you,
No let's see now what should I do;
No rehearses and no versus,
No separate universes.

Just disciplined interaction,
Nothing missing, no distraction;
No opposites, they have no meaning,
Just freedom, such a good feeling.

Thanks Carina. I agree and I like the fact you included trusting. I use the word faith continuously in my Aikido in the way you use the word trust. Nice to hear.

Thank you Graham, feeling, blending, connecting and trusting are the requisites for this oneness.
