I am amazed. At this art and with myself. At this art for the spiritual path it offers. Myself for being so willing to dive in and immerse myself in it.
I was told to read "Aikido & the Dynamic Sphere". Sensi must have known somehow that I needed the physics like explaination. It is a wonderful text book for aikidoka who identify with technical things.
I am learning my ukemi & katedori & 13jokata & all the other things babies start with. I am crawling right now, but feel good about my progress. I notice I am paying more attention to my posture. I find myself having the urge to ukemi a lot...maybe I am an aikiaddict!
