Publication: New Book "Aikido: An Everyday Approach"
Posted 6/02/2016 12:22pm [from Paul Rest]
My book is now published and available on Amazon (in the Kindle format too) and also on Barnes & Noble. And of course, you can find it at your local independent bookseller. “Aikido: An Everyday Approach To The Martial Art That Can Transform Your Life & The World” is a journey into how you can explore and use the Art both on and off the mat. The exercises are fun explorations of using ki while doing the everyday things we all do, like shopping.
This book was written not only for those of you in the Aikido community, but for your families and friends. It is a great introduction to the Art written without a lot of technical words (what terms I use are explained in a Glossary at the end of the book). And suggestions for further reading are provided. Finally, a portion of the after-tax profits will go to support the great work of Aiki Extensions. Please enjoy and my thanks for supporting my work.
