Home made weapons rack
I am thinking of makeing a rack for my practice weapons to have at home. I have looked around and I can't seem to find anything that is at a good price and holds more than five weapons.
Does anybody have a template? Maybe someone here has made their own and have any tips?
How about a place I can get one for a good price? You know, under fifty bucks shipped.

Re: home made weapons rack
I found this one on Amazon for 24 bucks. It's another 24 to ship it. That is about as cheap as they get for the eight level racks. All of the other cheaper ones have symbols on them that I do not want.

Hi Erik,
I purchased that same rack (comes in black and burgundy - I got the burgundy one) to organize my weapons at home. It's not exactly top quality craftmanship but once it's securely mounted on the wall with all four screws, it's solid and does its job well. I personally couldn't find a cheaper deal, including building my own.

Re: home made weapons rack
I found one at Asia World Martial Arts, SKU#1885, that holds 7, and costs $15.95 + shipping.
We have a wholesale account with them, so this price will be higher if you are a retail customer.

Re: home made weapons rack
I just got a three weapons version, without kanji, off of eBay for 9.95 + $12.95 shipping. I'll repost once it arrives and I set it up.

Re: home made weapons rack
A simple one is to buy some of those lawn equipment racks with the pegs. Or simply take a board and drill angled holes and put pegs in them. I did mine with a jig saw but it was a pain in the butt.
